Low Slope & Flat Roofing

The Pacific Northwest region is home to many different roof styles, including Low Slope & Flat Roofing.  The region’s high levels of rainfall and cool climate demand a well designed, installed and maintained low slope roof.  

Low Slope Services:  

Repairs, maintenance, replacement on low slope and flat roof systems including: 

   TPO – TPO (Thermoplastic polyolefins) membranes are made from ethylene propylene rubber (a synthetic elastomer) and polypropylene (a thermoplastic polymer) which is then polymerized (bonded together using chemicals). 

 PVC – PVC Roofing (Polyvinyl Chloride) is a durable single ply flat roofing material designed to be flexible, strong and UV reflective.  

  Torch Down – Torch Down is an asphalt based rolled roofing application.  Torch Down has a shorter life cycle than PVC or TPO and is not viewed as a complete waterproof solution.  Torch Down remains an viable solution in certain applications.  

   Poly Iso Insulation. Many flat roofs have insulation that has failed or is inadequate. Poly Iso insulation can;

  •  Reduce utility costs

  •  Create a Taper System to move water to drainage 

  • Protect the home from heat transfer condensation
